Your data, in plain English
Short version: we collect only what you type into our forms, we do not run analytics or advertising cookies, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time. Last updated 1 Nov 2026.
What we collect
- Inquiry and quote forms (contact, free mockup, collaboration): the name, email, phone, brand, website, services, budget, timeline and message you choose to type, plus the page you were on, where you came from and any campaign tags in the link (UTM).
- Web Wins and the free PDF: your first name and email address.
- In your own browser: your currency choice, a quiz or estimator answer carried to the contact form, and a best score in a mini game. These stay on your device (localStorage or sessionStorage) and are not sent to us until you submit a form.
- Cookies and tracking: right now we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To answer your inquiry, send you the PDF you asked for, send Web Wins tips if you signed up, and prepare a quote. We do not sell your data.
Who handles it
- Google Apps Script and Gmail receive form submissions and send the emails (to us, and a confirmation to you).
- Cal.com handles call bookings. What you enter there is covered by their own policy.
- GitHub Pages hosts this site and may keep standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.
- Page speed tool: if you run our free teardown, the address you paste is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in our email while we are talking with you and for as long as we need them to run the business, then we delete them. Web Wins addresses stay until you ask to be removed. We have not set an automatic deletion timer, so ask us whenever you like.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or leave Web Wins, by emailing zentorum1@gmail.com (or reply STOP to any Web Wins email). We will act on it as soon as we can. You can clear the data stored in your own browser through your browser settings.
Changes
If we add analytics or anything else that collects data, we will update this page first. This page is a plain description of what we do, not legal advice.
